Personal Concerns

Inver Hills counselors provide a confidential setting where you can explore personal concerns and work to achieve greater success in the academic environment. Our counselors provide confidential, individual appointments as well crisis intervention, workshops, and referrals when necessary. We offer printed brochures on a variety of topics.

Mobile Pantry

The Mobile Pantry is available to Inver Hills students who need food for themselves or their dependents. No income requirements or residency restrictions apply. Learn more about the Mobile Pantry.

Online Mental Health Screenings

Online screening is now available to students who may have questions or concerns about whether to seek support for common, treatable mental health issues such as depression, alcohol, eating disorders and more.
